    Default Music storage?

I understand that the PB will come in 16/32/64gb flavors. My 9700 has a 32gb microsd with all the music I usually listen to. I always have my 9700 with me.

    Question:

Will the PB be able to access the music off of my 9700 to play through the PB? What about videos?

I'm trying to understand why I would need anything more than the 16gb basic model if I already have all the music/videos I need on my BB9700.

    Any insight?

    Nice find!

Music for sure, but I wonder if it has the required speed to stream videos from a Blackberry via Bluetooth?

Bluetooth 3.0 is fast enough. 2.0 could be hit or miss depending on the codec if you are talking HD.

i almost posted this exact same question the other day.....

im thinking more and more that im only gonna to need the 16gb unit.

If the BB bridge can play/show music&videos from my phone to the PB.... perfect...

not sure why i would need more expensive 32 or 64 model....

however-- if it cant play the media--- then to be safe id probably get the 64

Yeah. I guess the 32/64gb options are for people who don't have a bb, or dont know you can add a micro-SD card to do the same thing.

My plan is to buy the 16gb (hopefully through Amazon) and - if absolutely necessary - exchange it for the 64gb model.

I myself like 32GB. That's enough for my needs, but everyone is different. As far as media, the PB handles all codecs well thru bridge. Not too many people put HD films on their HH's, as that's what the PB is for. But it can handle it.

So basically, I don't need to store music on my PB as I can stream it from the BB to the PB like I can with my BlackBerry Stereo Gateway? What about volume control and such?

With my ipad I was originally going to get a 16gb version, but ended up with a 32gb one and despite streaming a lot of content, I do think that will be the same size that I choose to get with my pb as it just gives you more flexibility without upping the cost too much.
