    Question Music Player won't play music

    Just tried to play some music on the Playbook ( OS2.0.0.7971 ) and all I get is a dialog box with 'Media Error ... An error has occurred, please try again'.

    At first I thought it was a corrupted mp3 file ( transferred from home nas using Ghost Commander File Manager ) but then I noticed that the same message appeared even if I tried to play the standard demo track Paradise Cove.m4a.

    It appears to me that the built in music player has somehow become corrupted, any suggestions on how to fix this gratefully received.

    The Music Player works perfectly on my BlackBerry PlayBook. Have you tried rebooting the tablet?
