[Winstorm]

After updating my PlayBook to OS2.1, Documents to Go, Print to Go and Adobe Reader icons are all missing. I haven't uninstalled and I don't think they can be deleted. However, I can open still open associated documents from the File Manager app. I have tried restoring from a backup but without success. Can any tell me how to restore those icons without resorting to a Security Wipe?

They are there just navigate down or over to the right.

How can i restore my documents to go? What should i do by not doing a security swipe? I just installed the updated os version then it was totally go e.. It disappeared without deleting it... Though i navigate or search it on my bb playbook it was gone..

I had the same issue and posted about it last year. I tried for weeks to resolve this with no luck until I gave up and wiped my playbook. Wish I had better news for you.
