Hey, everyone,

I was just wondering if there were any cases, or if anyone here, has ever had a misaligned LCD screen.
I don't know if that's the case with mine, as when I look at it from a portrait view, the speakers don't seem to align and I'm worried that it really is crooked.

Anyone help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Do you have the same issue in landscape mode?

You might post a picture so we can judge. If the case is fully snapped (not sure how the pieces connect) together and there no odd seams or openings, I'm not sure how it could be misaligned but anything is possible.

Yes, landscape mode is the same thing. They don't seem to realign.

If there was a seam at the speakers, like the screen not fixed onto to the housing, could that be a possibility?

I've not taken my apart. There are some videos on youtube that show disassembling one. That might help you determine if something is not joined correctly. The glass screen should be just slightly below the 'frame' and level all around.

FYI, The Screen is held by a corner screw, as well as fittings that lock/align the tabs/notches, of the LCD Display, to the frame (See picture one)

Futhermore there is a thin BLACK sponge adhesive all along the front rim of the LCD Display which sticks to the glass digitizer (see picture two)

Right speaker, seam there. The speaker is not full attatched to the housing.
Are the speakers perpendicular to you? >_<
Also a seam there? Is this normal at the bottom of the PlayBook?
Left speaker. Teeny-tiny seam, still more attached than the right one.

Does the upper part look 'raised' to anyone?

I sent My PlayBook to BB a few weeks back. I got it back and they only fixed my bulged back.
I'm just waiting for my feedback form.
