I downloaded blackberry bridge on my 9800. It connected I did everything properly. But when I go to view all Messages on the playbook. It just keeps searching and searching. It hasn't stopped. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Are you sure you're properly bridged? I expect you are or you'd be getting a "connecting" message when you opened the Bridge inbox. Did you try a battery pull on the torch? I did have a problem setting up the bridge after an OS upgrade and wound up deleting and re-establishing the bridge through the main settings and it took. You might also try a manual bridging.
