I cant sync my media on my playbook. It works with my blackberry but doesn't work with my playbook. Is this a common problem? the following message shows up when I try to sync "a problem occurred while attempting to connect to your blackberry device"

I have not had a problem syncing or backing up on DM. Have you tried to reboot each and see if that solves the problem?

Try turning off your firewall during the sync.
