you have to own a blackberry phone first and use the Bridge application to get the mail from your phone to your PB....this is only temporary while RIM pushes out a native email client.

OWA perhaps? I have not tried it myself, but it should work fine.

It should be pointed out that Blackberries do not directly support Exchange Active Sync. You would need BES to push email from Exchange onto a BB.

But it should also be pointed out that if you can access your email via Outlook Web Access, you should be able to add it to your BlackBerry device.
