I need to be able to make notes on pictures I take with the playbook. Is this possible, is there an app? I run a large crew of electricians, and I need to be able to take a picture of something, put a not on it with maybe an arrow pointing to something in the picture. Any help would be appreciated. Also any other app that someone knows would be benificial to a trades person would be awesome.

It is possible. I just played with Sketchbook and you can take a pic from within the app and scribble all over it. No option to type text. If this app can do it there are likely others that would do more.

Agree that Picinote allows you to do what you want. It also makes books so that you can have multiple pages for each job. Still like Evernote for general collections because you can easily view on your other computers. You can email from Picinote so you can send to others and yourself for use on other machines.
