I added my new 9900 to my playbook. Now in the bridge tab there is nothing there. However, the bridge icons are in the ALL tab. Why did they disappear? And how do I delete my old 9700 from the playbook?

Have you tried to simply restart your playbook? Your phone?

If you go to Bridge options on the pb, I believe you can delete older connections.

I've tried to restart both. Icons still don't appear on the bridge tab. Where are the bridge options on the playbook??

Can you send us a screen shot of your Bridge tab so we can see what's going on?

Weird. You say the icons show up in the All tab, though? Are you able to open your Messages or your BBM that way when you press on those icons?

There have been a thread or two about this issue in the past. I don't remember the resolution, if there was one.

The paired devices is accessed through settings, blackberry bridge or on the phone through the bridge app. You should be able to have multiple devices, its a feature in a multi user enviroment. Share the PlayBook but not the personal emails etc.

Before the last resort of a security wipe perhaps delete the pair on the phone and pb and re pair the devices.

Before you resort to a sw, BACKUP. All media, photos, etc will be deleted. All purchased apps will be waiting in App World for you to download.

I had the same problem. Deleted the PB from bridge on my 9900, removed the 9900 from the bluetooth profiles on the PB and then re-paired.

    Problem solved! Good luck
