    There's no way a third-party app could do this at the moment. Possibly on BB10 (though from what I can see at the moment, it's also not supported by the current BB10 APIs, even undocumented ones).

    Just use the Browser and login to the Bell website to track your use. The data total seems to be only 4 hours old.

    It's a cludge but if you use a monitoring app on your phone and subtract from the total given in the bell site you'll have the playbook usage.
