I just bought my Playbook so forgive me for asking a stupid question.I just installed two new apps into my Playbook. I can find them in "my World listed but when I swipe the screen left,right.up and down I can't see the icons to open the apps. Is this a simple problem?

Have you tried the very first screen and swiped up there?
Usually new apps end up at the bottom of frist screen for me atleast..

Did you do a hard reset, after installation. HARD RESET ; hold down the power button and volume buttons (+ & - ) at the same time for approx 15 seconds let stand for 30 seconds and power up PlayBook.

When I swipe up on the first screen nothing shows except the last window I had opened which was AppWorld. I'll try a hard reset.

Close all windows.

Look at the bottom of the home screen. It should be there.
