i just got the 16g playbook. now i noticed there is an over-glow of the LED at the lower-right corner while it's in the pitch black boot-up screen. i thought it was a defect and took it back to Best-Buy. surprisingly, the one that the sales rep opened up had the same problem.

so what is it, it's a batch problem or even a design flaw? anyone else encounter such a problem?

I have the same issue on mine, but its worse, every edge bleeds through ... so im not sure if this is normal or just a batch.

ya i have the same problem on mine. i got two for myself and one is wayyy worse than the other. i definitely want to return one i am unsatisfied with the quality of mine.

Mine has it also in the upper left corner but its not bad and since the screen is otherwise perfect, I am going to keep it.
