i use to have all keypad letters make sound now i only the space bar & back space key only make sound as the volume is high on both the main volume and the keypad volume whats wrong with my other keys sound any one can help

Try a restart. Hold the volume + and - and power button until the PB shuts off . It will restart on it's own. Could also just try to power down and reboot. Report back with your results.
I have seen other posts like this and I don't recall and serious issue.
