keeps marking email as unopen!

So my playbook likes to randomly mark opened emails as unread. There is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes I go days without this problem, and often it does it everyday.
For example, I open my emails and read them. They are all marked open. I put down my playbook. Five minutes later when I pick it up it has marked all those emails as unopened again. It will do this five times in a row!
Very maddening lol. And yes its been restarted several times.

Just curious, is this with the email app of your pb? Or thru Bridge messages? Or both?

Thru the email app on the playbook. I almost never bridge.

It's been a few months now, is anybody else still having this problem? Having my PB chime at me damn near 400 times every other day is VERY annoying. I've muted the device since May which defeats the purpose.

Latest version, no bridging (wifi only), effects Twitter and several IMAP accounts.
