I am not embarrassed but I do feel like the N64 kid, I know i'm in the right place though cause this is crackberry, I hope tomorrow a lot of unboxing videos show up, because tomorrow is going to be the stand alone longest day ever, might need a tranquilizer to fall asleep... maybe two... xD

My wife is getting sooo sick of hearing about this. I am on the couch, watching a ball game, and constantly hitting refresh so i miss nothing. She occasionally asks what i am looking at...uhhh... crackberry forum... "sheeeesh... are you still on there???!!??" YEP.. waiting on Tuesday!!!

Nope... but they told me my preorder was in the back of the store with 100 others.

At least you guys managed to get your hands on it,I live in bloody UK and all this is killing me...tho I have it pre-ordered from best buy(courtesy of my cousin) so when all you guys are playing with the PB on Tuesday I have to wait till Thursday....come Tuesday I think i will stay away from crackberry(NOT)...

Ah, I remember getting an N64 for xmas too and feeling like that.

I've opted not to use one of the demo units as I know that'll only lead to even more anticipation.

No N64 was more exciting, first 3D console from Nintendo. I went to KB Toys 6am to wait in line... 7AM I "believe" not sure, 100 people were online. KB Toys was inside a mall, so the mall doors open, I started to slowly go in, but then noticed all those 100 people running, like really running, I am like "oh $$$$", never done anything like that afterwards...the running was long... people jumping over things, flying down stairs... lower level... almost jumping over people heads.. well within 30 minutes it was sold out.. I was 60th buyer... they only had 100 of them. Bought 2nd controller and mario 64.

But now I have SNES and N64, I tend to play SNES more...

Donkey Kong Country SNES... love that game...

That would be even worse...you'd join the others that got theirs early and can't use it. I'd much prefer to get it Tuesday and have it work.

I'm hoping the servers turn on tomorrow, otherwise everyone is going to be d/l the os update and Blackberry Bridge from app world at the same time, its going to take so long! I'll probably pace back and forth while the downloads are going like a mad man.

N64? I must be a little older than most of you guys. The freak out for me was the year we got the Atari 2600.


EDIT: And before that we had something called Pong, anyone remember that? We even had the special "gun" attachment, so you could play and extra couple games, and shoot at a dot on the screen.

Are you going to have your cousin preactivate it for you? Wouldn't want you stuck with it bricked in the UK!
