updated to the newest os from desktop software it was interrupted says that it now has the update on the tablet but when i hook to laptop it says can not connect repair or update tried both and all it does is download for a while then reboots tablet to like a brand new one with the pick location screen up can not get past this now it has these little problems doesnt seem to want to charge all the time and can not sync music or anything to it how can i fix this

I would try a restore.
Turn your PlayBook off, launch DM, connect your PlayBook to your PC, and restore the OS.
Unfortunately you'll lose all your data, but if you're seeing the setup screen your data is probably already gone.

tried that cant get the playbook to connect to DM just keep getting cannot communicate with the connected device

Try deleting the drivers on your pc and then connect the PlayBook again. If that doesn't work I would look into using cfp to save yourself a big headache. Good luck.
