How would you paint it, because whatever paint you use, you have to make sure its waterproof, has a good temperature range and compatible with the material surface.

a white PlayBook would be really nice. I'd be concerned about the back of it though, and they'd probably have to use a different material than the current black ones are made out of, as I can only imagine the dirt and stuff from peoples' hands would quickly dirty up a white PlayBook (just like what happened to 9700s and 9780s). One thing is for sure though, RIM gets it...because when they launched the 9900, the back of it is a hard plastic, instead of the rubberized plastic. I've had my white 9900 since September...so far, it's still perfectly clean on the back.

I always thought about using plasti-dip on the back to match the feel. It comes in white. I think I might do this for fun one day. White pb would be cool.

I can't believe no one thought of this, but why not get a white vinyl sticker made for it from one of those online places? I bought a carbon fiber one and it wasn't bad....not great either, but not bad lol

Theres a company that does stuff like this. My co-worker had her iphone done in pink and it looks like it came from the factory. I will ask her tomorrow for the site. I'm sure it can be done.

Edit; her husband had it done, she doesn't have a clue.
