What causes this in my browser when I shift from portrait to landscape?

Does it go away, or does is stay frozen like that? If it goes away I wouldn't worry about it. Same thing happens to mine. Also when I switch the camera orientation.

This will probably get ironed out in an OS update without notice.

It goes away normally but this time it hung up the browser, I find the browser a little quirky, how about you?

That would get frustrating if it locks up the browser. Yes it is a bit quirky at times but over all I am impressed with how it handles different sites. Remember that the OS is still very new. These kind of bugs will be removed in future updates. There is no need to return it for a Transformer.

I think a browser update would solve the problem, but only if we voice our problems. By the way, I know it's not defective. It is too awesome 99.9% of the time. I have an ipad and ipad2. I just love this little guy!

That happens to me from time to time but it never lasts longer than a second and has never caused a lock up.

I get that occasionally when I rotate my PlayBook. It only lasts for a second though.

i think an os update will fix this. happens to me on the rare occasion. im not gonna cry or return it or get an ipad or eepad or anything

It happens to me when I rotate between landscape and portrait, if the webpage is not done loading all the content.

This... Orientation shifts are fine once the page has finished loading... It wasn't happening prior to the 1.0.3 update.

The browser is VERY buggy. I've noticed at least 4-5 things that don't behave as they should.

With that being said, it's unlikely to be hardware so I imagine an update will eventually be available to fix it.
