Gawd, this place lifts my spirits! I was really worried about scoping out and buying another PlayBook when I already had one that works great but I see I am in great company. I want to make sure I have another one just in case some some iWhatever owner gets jealous and does who knows what to or with my PlayBook! Not to mention the extreme activities that I take my PlayBook on. Like hiking up mountains, rock climbing and such. One wrong move and me and my Booky are toast! Yep, I better get that backup!

Yes, at $99.00, $149.00, and $199.00 respectively, one would be a fool not to buy one of each now.
Too bad this isn't April 1st.Last edited by alnamvet68; 05-07-2012 at 02:26 PM.

I love my iPad!
I love it so much I never use it. It just sits there while I play around on my Playbook, which I loathe so much I can't do without it.

Having a 2nd Playbook is the only way to go...
Device history since I got my Playbook:
iPad 1G --> given to my mother
iPod Touch 4G --> given to my nephew
iPod Touch 3G --> cracked screen, still stream Shoutcast to 2 Apple TVs from time to time
iPod Classic --> best mp3 player ever, but haven't used in 3 months.. PB speakers are way too awesome
iPod Nano 3G --> if I was still jogging it'd be with me
Galaxy 5.0 Wifi --> download APKs for bar conversion/sideloading on Playbook
2nd Playbook --> I use to download apps for testing before installing on Playbook #1
All I take with me now when i'm on the go is Playbook #1 and my Macbook Pro 13"... oh and my Bold 9930. Can't get any better than this
Native email account + Push turned OFF + Sync interval set to Manual = "Battery Drain Bug" on Playbook OS2

Damn, I thought I was the only PB hater. I hated mine too-sooo much and I bought another one to keep it from being lonesome. Or maybe I bought it cuz I have both a BB9900 and a BB9930 ( bought em both). I think I will head out to Blackberry Anonymous-I hear they have lots of fine folk who will help us Playbook haters.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday...I really only pick up my iPod touch now to play people back in Draw Something or Words with Friends, or go on Instagram for a few minutes. I never leave home without my BlackBerry, and I'm now starting to bring my PlayBook out more too. My iPod just sits at home and I don't even miss it...

I bought 2 on the same day. 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. We would have gotten 1 for my son if we could found one. He ended up with a kindle fire. Pour guy. Originally he was suppose to get tbe one we bought for my daughter. I tought it was to advanced for him so we got the PB for her and gave him her cruiz. He busted it the next day dropping it. A mad rush trying to find another PB proved unfruitful.
He'll prolly end up with the PB in the house with 4g lol. Unless his mom gets tired of the ipad2.It's one thing for the world to think your a dullard and another to open your mouth and remove all doubt. - 05-08-2012, 01:58 PM #39
