    How do you wipe out / reset playbook to manufactures settings? I lost everything so I want to start from beginning.

    Little gear symbol at the top right hand corner.
    Press it and it opens settings.
    Go to security.
    Select security wipe.
    Enter the word 'blackberry' into the input field.
    Confirm yes when asked.

    Off you go!
