app world lists 25
Settings, About says 115 applications
Security - only 5 are listed for changing permissions ( and some of these are apps that came with the pb)

32 Gb:
app world lists 17
Settings, About says 106 applications
Security - only 9 are listed for changing permissions

The appworld number makes sense to me for what I've actually downloaded. Lots of applications installed that I don't know about I guess.

Maybe 1-2. There are virtually no apps of any value on the device, and the few that are cost too much. The Playbooks best features are all enabled on the device on of the box, so asside from a few lifestyle apps, there is nothing to add. Now, I don't mean there is nothing wanting on the playbook, I mean that these shortcomings are not resolved by any available app.
