Let me start off by saying that I've read the article, "How to upload a video directly to YouTube from your BlackBerry PlayBook" and I made sure to upload the video through Basic Uploader. I tried to upload a 3 minute video from my Playbook and it's taken hours and still nothing. I tried to refresh it and it's still 'loading' after an hour. Have I done anything wrong? How long should the wait be to upload a video onto youtube from Playbook?

I depends on file size, your wifi speed and your internet upload speed.

I just uploaded a low res 4 minute video using the PB browser , and it took about 30 seconds. That seems about right. How long it should take using Basic Uploader? Seemingly, about a week.

Sometimes it times out on me. I tried to restart the PB but it doesn't upload. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a dsl model and the PB is close to the source. I'm not downloading anything else.

Is the video 1080p? I upload to Facebook and youtube all the time with no problems as long as its not 1080p

So what I did was record a 2:48 video. I went to youtube and then clicked upload. Clicked on Basic Uploader and then wrote a description of the video. Then I hit Upload. Its still "loading" Its been loading for some time now.

720p videos can still be quite big though...

So realistically, how long should the video take?
