How do you know if you have cleared your cache on the playbook?

I went into privacy & security to clear cache. Pressed clear cache button. The button went dim, but did not light back up, so I tried it on clear all button. Same results.
I did notice that I had to sign into my crackberry account.

It's difficult to tell if the function worked or not when the button stays dim after selecting it
Is the button supposed to light back up?

How to information on both would be very useful, thx!

On browser if you pushed clear all, it did it. Not having the button available means there's nothing to clear.

When I first went into security settings, all the buttons were available to push.When I clicked on one, it went pale and stayed pale, so I couldn't tell if it did it or if it was in the process of clearing the cache.

Yes it did. If it becomes un click able . It means it worked.. trust your playbook

This is great, but I've only done it from settings,not from the browser. How do you do it from the browser?

Same thing, go to settings, privacy and security. And clear all...
