Please help me !!
My BP can't charge anymore, this is my situation :

when you plug it in and wait about an hour, the message does not go away? It takes about an hour or two to get to 20% which is what I think the tablet requires to do an update, if I'm not msitaken

I take it that your normal method of charging is not working anymore, either your USB port is broken or your charger is. I certainly hope you were not in the middle of an update as losing power is not good at that stage. You need to get a new charger or better yet a magnetic rapid charger. You will need to fully charge the PB before trying to turn it on again. The LED should pulse yellow-green to full green when fully charged if you have not drained the battery too far. You might have to try stack charging to get it accept a charge. The PB needs a certain charge to boot and you are way below that.

That's what I had to do for my mother in laws pb. She broke the USB port so I loaned her my rapid charger.
