I just bought an opened box unit with a build date of December 5, 2011 for $180 from Best Buy in Canada. Tested it thoroughly and has a bit better build quality than my 32gb. I just couldn't turn down that price for a full warranty. The PB warranty is not transferrable so I didn't want to buy a used one.
i was thinking since all the models (16 32 64g) are same price (299). my question on my mind was what would they do to the 16 and 32g. since most of the customers would buy the higher memory which is 64g.
