Help! I just bought the refurbished BB playbook from Best Buy. I charged it all last night. it has a solid green light when plugged in. But I can not turn it on..nothing on the screen at all, nothing lit up. What am I doing wrong ??? I want to play with it!!

try this: hold the volume+ button, then the - and then hold on the power button for something like 10 seconds. This will reset like & " windows style reboot". Alternatively hold the pwer button for a while, until the leg goes away. Than press it again more biefly.

Just curious - tap the Battery Icon and what kind of power percentage is showing now? Make sure to top it off.

Did you do the initial setup - BBID, etc.
