That's a hardware defect, there are no known issues of not receiving audio through headphones on the Z10. You need to go back to your cellular provider (where you bought the phone) and replace it. Cheers.

I have read in the Z10 forums (where this thread should be!), where a couple of people had headphone jack issues. Post your query again in the right forum and see if others have had this issue.
