Hello Everyone!

I encountered a thread a few months ago that described in considerable detail hdmi adapters for the PlayBook. I have two PB's dedicated to media and each is placed in a Premium Line tablet stand (obtained from the CrackBerry store). I'd like to review the thread again and purchase a 90 degree adapter for each. Unfortunately I didn't subscribe to the thread and my search has been unsuccessful. Does anyone else recall this thread? Will any 90 degree adapter do the trick? Thanks for your help!

Some adapters will require a fair amount of space under the tablet if you have the ports at the bottom. Also not sure whether a 90 degree adapter would put the out socket in front of or in back of the tablet. Might take a 270 degree to point it the way you want. You might consider a short wire with the HDMI micro at one end and the HDMI female at the other. Here is an url for such available at Amazon.

Pacoman03: Does look like it might stick out to back but can't tell dimensions from picture. Would it block off micro USB port? How much room under PB is required? Do you have one?

No. I use a straight adapter. Mine does work with the charger connected- not sure about the one pictured.

Got mine from this supplier in China via ebay UK- should be an international seller. Delivery was fairly quick. Cable goes along the edge of the PB away from the USB port. Got a matching MicroUSB cable from a UK seller
