First, I don't think you can unpack a rar file on the pb. I don't recall whether there are any free unrar'ers but there might be.

yup, and theres no such thing as HD wallpaper, any wallpaper for the PlayBook should be 1024x1024, so they either all HD or all standard def. (personally unless its 1080 or 720 high its not HD, and the PB is 1024 for walls so is neither).
