If you received it quickly, I could see it being melted. Just plain old speed.
But we all know the speed of the delivery service.
Gotta love these fell good stories. It just doesn't happen to me.

No wonder they are selling for $10
Damn, I hate on Canada Post a lot but never have I got a package in that bad of shape. They're still terrible though, lol.
I found what happen to your shipment
Amazing Amazon Box - YouTube
That is why I never order beer from Amazon.
Not exactly, but it is good reminder not to order hamsters on line.
I believe that may be closer to the truth!
The original box appears to be inside the envelope but in a disheveled state indicating that the envelope somehow was not secured. The tape suggests someone sealed the envelope although we cannot determine when in the shipping process this occurred. Given the type of envelope and the flap seal it is possible the seller forgot to seal the envelope, the contents fell out during handling, and subsequently damaged by machinery of some type. Since the seller is sending a replacement charger it is unlikely the seller sold you a damaged product in the first place; unless the replacement arrives in a similar state. The charger in the photo appears to have been subjected to severe abrasion on the front surface or extreme pressure which "popped" the front panel exposing the plastic filler.
Canada Post recently delivered a 39-inch LED television to my girlfriend's house and it arrived in perfect condition; even the shipping carton was in pristine condition without any marks whatsoever.
is it still functional ?
