Its mainly a flash update to fix up some security errors.

I guess that's one way to think about it. Just downloaded (naturally) but definitely not what we're all still waiting for....

Maybe it contains some prerequisite 2.0 stuff so the 2.0 update goes smoothly. Windows Phone (and a couple Android tabs) sent a mini-update before doing a version upgrade.

At 29 mb I doubt it contains anything other than the Adobe patch/fix.

Could this be the download of the month?

Does this mean 2.0 is not coming until November?
You would think if 2.0 was less than two weeks away they would of just
included this in it.

Still we wait.

So true. Why not fix something else? Oh, well. Won't be long until 2.0. I don't think we'll get it immediately after DevCon, but here's hoping

It's called "stringing folks along".

Not meaning to be negative and wanting to be positive but this short update isnt helping things.

you never know. the last update gave the PB full tether over bridge pretty much and that was not included on any of the "release notes" so you never know what easter egg you might find this time.

Hey so question for you guys:

This will be my first update. You don't lose the device info when upgrading do you? I have a TON of pics/videos/songs on the PB that I would rather not have to load again.

What about upgrading to 2.0 (eventually)?
