Hi Crackberries,

Loving my new 64GB Playbook (thanks RIM for the price drop)! When viewing an email on the PB, over bridge, how do I (can I) request 'get images'....? On the phone I just hit the menu key and choose 'get images' but I don't know if this is possible on the PB...

For some reason, images are loaded automatically on the bridged PlayBook. And sometimes, the images won't download at all on the PlayBook.

on the top right of the email there should be a "button" saying "Get images".

Well every email I've had since getting my PB yesterday (emails with images, that is) have not given me the option to 'get images'. Funnily enough, the last email I got, just a few moments ago and which is a receipt from the app world has the banner at the top saying "some images were blocked to protect your privacy.....get images".


..so both of your answers are correct, but not quite solving the issue either....

You should also take note that the images from Bridged email will be saved on the bb PHONE. Also, BES users might find this feature can be blocked by Corp policies.

So is there no manual way to request 'get images' from the pb? ...its either offered or it's not?
