Flash issues here too. Has anyone found a way to fix the problem?

I had someone suggestion: "Check options to see if Flash is enabled. Clean cache and reboot. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with Flash in 2.1... Hope you don't have to wipe." but still no luck. I'm hoping not to wipe because I'm unable to back up my apps via desktop. Hoping someone else has any other suggestions.

What is the problem exactly? Flash not loading or what because I have no issues here thankfully.

It's so odd. Almost like there are 2 different playbooks out there.
    Really.

I have a PB64. After the 668 upgrade, everything improves and sped up, no issue with battery. GPS locks quicker, Wi-Fi faster, Android apps are solid. So I don't understand why some have problems with the 668.

I went to check the software version on the LTE PB. It runs 668. So you would think 668 is a gold copy.

Could be be the problem of skipping updates? I religiously download and update mine ASAP. I started from v1 something when I got my PB. Update it to v2, not sure if that was 358, but before the 668 I think I had 358.

    Anyway, it is very odd.

Yeah it's always baffled me why so many different people get so many different experiences on their pb's. I always do the updates and never have sideloaded any apps. I didn't have any problems until the 668 update and I'm still not sure if it was the problem. I think it must have something to do with which apps you have loaded but finding the problem combination would be a daunting task.

Correction - I have never had a problem except not being able to do a backup with the desktop manager.

Man I cannot stand the random browser crashes with OS2.1, can't even watch the football game without it crashing. Is there anyway to downgrade back to stock .668?

There is, I've done it using dingleberry and the OS I downloaded from one of threads and the instructions were in another.

If you need more help I might remember how I had to do it.

Edit: I followed this, substituted .668 for the OS, you have to have your PB in dev mode.
Download 560 zip from MirrorStack 2.1.0.560

    use dingleberry to upgrade http://www.dingleberry.it/Dingleberry-3.3.3-Windows.zip

    STEPs :
    1. Unzip dingleberry, then run dingleberry.exe
    2. You need to run dinglebery for the first time to make firmware folder appear, then close dingleberry.
    3. Open your OS 2.1.0.560 and unzip it then put in the folder custom
    4. Connect your PB to your PC.
    5. Run dingleberry.exe then click on Firmware Button.
    6. The firmware main view will shown up and make sure USB Information on the rightside is connected.
    7. Click on button on the leftside and choose custom
    8. Right button you can choose Core OS or Full OS.
    9. And click the Update button below and wait until it finished (dont break any connection).
    10. After finished your PB will restart
    11. enjoy

There was a thread, I'm having trouble finding, that I downloaded the OS to my computer from. I still have it but it's too large to email.

No worries, although ill give it a second shot and see how the battery life turns out to be and hopefully its as good as others say it is fingers crossed.

Edit: Nevermind. Im just gonna avoid all the trouble and just reset it to the latest official update on DM which is 2.0.1.358 (turning off PB and updating)
