Obviously, you'd reset it in the pb's security options but I fear that you need the password in order to reset the password. The only way that might work would be to do a security wipe which gets you back to "factory" clean and then add back your data and settings. I could not recall my userID for wifi sharing - it apparently was "playbook"
Ouch! I would try the default "playbook" password or your network password. Why would you make it something you would forget so soon? The PlayBook hasn't even been out 30 days yet.
