The Playbook is able to play Android apps; you can export it to android. Can you export it to .SWF ? You can repackage an .SWF file to an APP !

I use flash builder to create my Air app but apparently you can use an flv file created in css5 too. You will need to download RIM's Air SDK in order to do this. I found this "how to" using Google - it may help you get started.
