    I had an awesome experience with support recently. Im not going to go into detail how understanding and nice they were to me but lets just say when an issue was on the fence, they didnt let me down!!!!! Id like to make it public that I very much appreciated that. Im not a brand loyal kind of consumer but have to say my on and off experience with the hardware , and support has been very very nice over the last 5 1/2 years.

    I just got to say thanks a million times RIM. You have been helping me take care of business for many years and with this playbook and BB10 coming it will be nice to have these electronics to use for pleasure too!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!

    My customer service rep was so nice when i had a issue (broken screen) that she upgrded me from a 16GB to a 64GB @ no charge

    This kind of service will help RIM to regain ground and become a stronger company. Good customer service is important and it's not hard to do.
