    Hello, Docs2go on the playbook isn't creating a new word file. It just sits there with the icon in the middle of the new tab and doesn't do anything. Even trying to open existing word documents does nothing. Also, the app is generally running very slow. Any thoughts on what could be wrong? Is there anyway I can reload the app? Thanks,

    Try pressing the "docs" icon in the center of the screen. It opened a new doc for me.

    Nothing, still frozen on what appears to be the load screen for the new document (blue background with docs icon). Very frustrating. Is there any way to reset the app? Although the create new excel file is a bit slow on loading, it eventually works. Thanks for the help.

    Have you tried a restart? Could be a hung process in the background or a lock that wasn't removed.

    Yeah, I tried restarting and turning-off and back on. I think it might be something to do with the program itself, but there is very little options to change. If I could re-download Docs2Go, it might help. But not sure how to do that.

    Btw, I can't even open word files from existing .doc(x) documents.
