I've always have both Wi-fi and Blue tooth (bridge) on and never turn them off.

My Playbook is always within wifi range, so I leave it on. At home, it's almost always plugged into the charger. If I know I'll be out of wifi range for more than a few hours, I might turn it off.

I keep it off as it does save battery life if you use a desktop/laptop/phone more.

I only have wifi on when I need it. I leave it on once I'm connected, but once I leave somewhere and am out of range, I turn it off. I just think it effects the performance when it's on and not connected to anything..
