How do you delete an ENTIRE folder ? It seems you can only delete pictures WITHIN the folder but not the whole folder at once ? Any ideas out there ?

You can not usually make or delete a folder (album). There are some default folders: camera pictures, all pictures, photos, wallpaper.
EXCEPT: you can make a folder, 'scrapbook', using the 'scrapbook app' (If you delete all the photos in that folder you delete the folder). I suppose there are other apps that are capable of making folders.

You can add photos and delete photos by USB to your PC

You can delete photos (and videos) on the PB:
pictures>select folder>drop down top task bar>edit>click the box on photos to delete>delete>'delete selected picture?'>delete
