DEVCON should have been named DEAFCONN.

RIM is DEAF to our feedback and complaints and I am beginning to feel CONNED.

If they can't take legitimate feedback from people who live for their products, how can they ever expect to win over Apple and Android fan boys? They need to stop with the announcements about "leapfrogging" in front of everyone else, and release the damn upgrade - if lack of native email and apps is killing sales, it stands to reason that they should be focusing efforts there and get a usable OS2.0 out with a working Android app store. Even a usable "beta" is better than nothing. The fact that people are already downloading 5 million apps per day (when most of them are crap) should tell them that there is a massive market for apps and they need to pull their finger out. I am beginning to lose patience.
