D/Loading OS2 tonight... go for it, or Security Wipe first??
I am running the original 1.0.8.6067 it came with.
If I wipe, I am told I will lose everything -- Apps I've purchased, all my pix, etc. Can I get these back if I backup on DM first? - 02-21-2012, 03:08 PM #2>> My Blog articles <<

Experiences may vary, though I just updated as-is. All of my camera photos, saved photos from the web, purchased & free apps... all there.
Backup is recommended regardless of what you do. -

I had the official OS and just updated OTA. Everything turned out well, NO problems to speak of. Backup and you should be fine

Same for me. Was running official OS to start with, downloaded OTA (only took about 20 minutes for the whole upgrade
), and all is well. Even my progress in Angry Birds is there.
Definitely backup just to be on the safe side & then have fun!!
