I created a couple of bookmarks for my PB, thinking that it would appear in a special "Favorites" drop down menu. Instead, the two bookmarks appeared as desktop screen icons, like all other apps. This would clutter my screen when added to future apps and bookmarks. Is there a better way to organize this? Am I missing something?

In creating the bookmark i tapped on the "star" icon with the "+" superscript.

Create a folder on your desktop and drop all of your favorites in there. To create a folder, press and hold on any icon until they all start bulging, Then grap one of your favorites icons and drop it onto another of your favorites icons- a dialogue will appear asking you to name the folder. A folder will then be created. Then drop your other icons into the folder.

When you clic on 'star +' you get two options. Add to Bookmarks and Add to Home Screen

Sounds like you clicked on Add to Home Screen.

Since there does not seem to be a way to organize the Bookmarks, I have taken to placing the bookmarks on the Home Screen which I then drag to a folder for bookmarks that I created. This way I can organize the bookmarks in the folder in the way I want.

+1 to creating a Bookmarks folder. You can also organize them.

Another tip......pinch and zoom the webpage to its logo or image then save it to your home screen. The zoomed picture becomes your bookmarks icon. Much easier to see them this way.

I also put my fav bookmarks in a folder on the homescreen. Don't know why I didn't do it sooner. Works great!

I didn't think of the pinch to zoom then save it. Cool idea

Folder or just give them their own respective section to the left, not sure how many sections you can have. I only ever used 3-4
