    Is it possible to create or rename folders in the section on home screen where the ALL, FAVORITES, MEDIA and GAMES folders reside?

    Nope. BBPBOS 1.0 does not support renaming and/or creating application category "folders" or tabs. You behave as though you expect a finished product at time of purchase.
