I am going to get a lcd screen with hdmi interface. But would like to know if I connect my PB to the monitor, will I be able to adjust the screen resolution or it has to be the same as the PB which is 1024x600?
EDIT: I notice I spoke out of turn and didn't really answer your question. I'll do that now. You don't need to adjust that on the TV as the HDMI will scale to fit.
The PlayBook will pick up the resolution of your monitor. Be aware however that most apps are only designed for the PlayBook screen, so they'll be 1024x600 and then scaled up. Only things that have presenter mode, like the video player, will actually output at the higher resolution.
