Watching it again, I recall so vividly spending a night atop Half Dome during the Perseid Meteor showers many years ago when camping was still permitted up there. Almost could not sleep as they just kept coming and going horizon to horizon.

BTW, how did you get the time lapse effect? Is that a setting or an app on the PB or was the time lapse effect added later in editing?
OH, wait, it is NOT my video. A climbing friend sent me the link this morning. I do WISH it were mine. If you look down the site on the right, you can see some of the gear that they use. If you look on Vimeo, they have a number of these timelapse and some are absolutely incredible. The ones using the dolly show an incredible 3rd dimension in some shots.
And living near Calgary, you do have some very, very nice mountains nearby which I have enjoyed.

I don't believe it's possible on the PB. If it were, it wouldn't be selling at anything like the current reduced price. Maybe someday there will be an app for that...
