I remember I used to be able to take screenshot by pressing + and - at the same time. However it is not working anymore. I'm with the latest version.

Are you bridged to a BB phone that's on BES?

No trouble here other than I can't attach them on cranberry.

Maybe you need to stand in the cranberry bog with those two farmers (in that commercial) - where one always fouls up something!

I found that with the latest PlayBook OS (e.g. 2.1.0.1088), screenshots are captured in PNG format. And I couldn't find them in "Camera Pictures" any more in Pictures app.

I had to disable Bluetooth / Bridge temporarily when I want to capture the screen of the tablet. The Pictures application sees these screen captures just fine despite the posting by asiayeah.

You just reminded me I'm on Fusion and have blackberry balance on my playbook. It looks like I can't do screenshot only in emails. But that is my personal hotmail account. I found BlackBerry balance doesn't separate personal and work emails properly. This screenshot is an example, also copy and paste is another example.

Interesting. Then it's probably just my Pictures app unable to see those PNG captured. Which PlayBook OS are you on? Same as my 2.1.0.1088?

Works fine for me on 2.1.0.1088 running bridge with BIS. You could at least confirm if the capture occurs by turning up your volume and listening for the picture-taking sound.

Screenshots show up in camera pics for me however you have to look for them. They don't show up at the top like you would expect them to. They are mixed in with previous ones.

It is only you have blackberry balance on your playbook. If you don't have it I don't think there will be any problem.

This is a well known issue when you are bridged to a BB phone under corporate security control. You either need to disconnect the bridge, or make sure your phone is not currently locked. It still may prevent screen shots of phone based apps. This was an issue under BES (not BIS), so it's sounds like it still applies under Balance
