Can't Restore Backup...took me 4 hours to back up

Did the back up wiped the PB, read that wiping might clear up the browser glitches, seems better. But when I went to restore it doesnt show the latest back up. I can see the file saved in documents but there is also another one below it that is unfamiliar to me...".dtmp"!!! I have the file that shows the bbb, when I go to restore it doesn't show the most current.

I'm having a problem getting my Desktop Software to even let me backup my PlayBook...i was gonna do the wipe too. It says there's an error, on my MacBook and my PC. Did the wipe improve your PlayBook?

Yes and the browser seems quicker and the typing "studdering" seems to be gone too.

That was the main reason for the wipe. I have all of the important files saved somewhere else too but I would need to manually import all of the files.

The games that were "free" but are not anymore asks me to pay for them. The ones that I bought are ready to be reinstalled.

have you try set Airplane Mode to ON before doing Full Backup on the playbook..?
