    Can someone please explain why I can't restore any of my backups with this new update. Debricked and security wiped playbook and can't restore none of my backup files...message that blackberry ID not correct...all of my apps returned but can't restore. I haven't changed my BBID...wondering what can be the issue. Please help.

    Are you able to log into your BlackBerry ID online? Doing so would validate that the account details are correct.

    Failing that disconnect your carrier service and try logging into BlackBerry ID via WIFI only.
