when i open a picture on an email it says downloading then opens picture viewer showing my galleries but doesnt show the pic. What am I missing?

we all have the same problem, and i did email to the technical support and they noticed about this matter, and they are still trying to fix it.

so guys just be patient...hopefully they will come out a better os upgrade very soon

I have same problem (paired with bold 9700). Seems concensus is to do security wipe (however you are likely to loose your hd video demo - re:turtle video) I have not taken that route yet. Been waiting to see if an update will fix.

a call to Blackberry support will tell you to do a tablet wipe. Just make sure you've done a complete backup before.

update. I did a full back up. did security wipe. did a restore. BAM, pics from
my bold now open up on playbook. However, lost home page browser bookmarks (crackberry...ohh the humanity..lol) and lost the turtle hd vid.
hope that is of some help to others.
