One day it's there, the next it's not. No matter how many times I try to log in to the Crackberry.com site, it will not accept my login info. I've had the same shortcut on my PB for months, and it used to log me in automatically when I selected the shortcut.

As you can see I'm a pretty regular participant. I tried a reboot and that didn't help either.

I'm on my PC now so I can send this out to all the experts.

Any ideas?

Clear the cache and all? Have never had trouble logging in as long as I type my info right.

kbz1960 Thanks I'll try that. I thought I had forgotten my password or something (another senior moment) but I was able to log right in via PC.

Could be that ubiquitous wi-fi thingy again. I don't believe it's a PB hardware issue, but more of a router / connection issue.

I have had the same exact problem. Phone and computer and working just fine. I think its the latest developer OS build as it hit me after I got that. Was it the same for you man? Router and crap is fine, tried it with bridge too.

Once in a while mine acts up like this too. No idea what causes it, but clearing the cache, cookies and history usually resolves it.

ninja you were spot on. i got my brand new 64gb out of the box and logged on with no problems. it must be the latest Beta OS update.

If you are on the beta, logging in through the mobile site first will get you logged in.

This worked for me also. Loged in via the mobile site and now the password in in cache again. I can now launch the full site and i'm already loged in
